The seminar, which was held in Accra, Ghana, on 29th and 30th September 2009 and attended by members of the ECE Task Force and representatives of EI affiliates from 14 African countries galvanised the unions’ efforts to advocate for increased access to quality Early Childhood Education. The seminar also came up with pertinent recommendations for consideration by public authorities, EI and its member organisations.
